Being ASITA online member, you will be able to enjoy a private member area facility which can only accessed by logging in the username and password. You can do much in your private member area.
You can create a page with a text profile of your company. You can also add two pictures to beautify your page. Anytime you want, you can view, edit, update or even change your password on your private member area.
This seems so essential as you will be able to present the most update information of your company. You will also granted with a messages box facility. Public can view your company profile, and mail you questions, comments or inquiries. Incoming mails are organized in your message box which you can view conveniently.
You can also submit news or events info to asita.org which you can set either viewable for public or for ASITA online member only. All submitted news will be appear online through the verification of asita.org administrator. asita.org is widely accessed by public, buyers, sellers, and various business practitioners, thus appearing on the website means a good promotion for your company.

Open http://asita.org and go to the LOGIN section. Click on forget password? Enter your username and email address. Your password will be sent to your email.

Open http://asita.org and go to the LOGIN section. Enter your username and password. Then, your “My Summary Page” appears. Click on “Create My Page.” There are three sections of content with three different subtitles for you. You can also upload maximum two photos (maximum 20 kilobyte each) to beautify your page.

Open http://asita.org and go to the LOGIN section. Enter your username and password. Then, your “My Summary Page” appears. Click on “Edit My Page” Then, your page summary and page details appear. You can edit the text, or change the photos. Click “Submit” button to end your editing.

Other user or whoever visit http://asita.org can view your company profile. Just open http://asita.org, then find the LAST FIVE MEMBERS section. If your company is not listed there, click on View All Members

| 8 | How much information can I insert in my Page? [back]
There are three sections of text available for you at “Update My page”. Every section has its subtitle space. You can insert text as much as you want.

| 9 | Can My Page include photos? [back]
Yes, it can. You can upload maximum two pictures. Please find the pictures section under the “page details” at “update My page”. Browse pictures from your files, but please note that the pictures must be sized 20 kilobyte or below. Once you have uploaded you pictures, then you want to replace them with others, it won’t be a problem. Just do the same way as you uploading pictures, when you want to replace the old pictures.

Just open http://asita.org, then find the LAST FIVE MEMBERS section. Click on the name of the companies, or for more members, click on View All Members

| 11 | How can I create My Profile? [back]
You don’t have to create any other profile. Your company profile has been created automatically when you submitted the data on Sign Up process.

Open http://asita.org and go to the LOGIN section. Enter your username and password. Then, your “My Summary Page” appears. Click on “Update My Profile.” Then your company information appears. You adjust any data in the forms. But, don’t forget to click on “Update” button to end your updating.

| 13 | How can I change my password for Login? [back]
Open http://asita.org and go to the LOGIN section. Enter your username and password. Then, your “My Summary Page” appears. Click on “Change My Password”. Then your password page appears. Enter your old password, new password, and re-typ your new password on the appropriate forms. Click “Update” button to end.

| 14 | How to become an ASITA online member? [back]
Every ASITA registered member is allowed to become an ASITA online member. There are some simple steps to sign up:
-Please go to http://asita.org
-Find the LOGIN section
-Find the sentence: “Are you ASITA member? Sign Up here and get one free page to promote your services.”
Click on the sign up link
-Then, the Sign Up form appears
-Read the Terms and Conditions, agree it and fill in all the required forms
-Click Sign Up to submit the data you have just filled in
-A notification email will be sent to your email, informing that you have already become an online member of ASITA
-And that’s all! By now, you are an online member of ASITA.
-You will have to enter your ‘user name’ and ‘password’ (the one you submit on sign up form) anytime you log in to your private page

| 15 | Is there any other requirement to become an ASITA online member? [back]
No. If you are already an ASITA member, all you have to do is only filling in the sign up form. Enter your NIA and other essential data required.

No. asita.org provides free pages for ASITA members

| 17 | What if I don’t have NIA? [back]
NIA is the identification number of ASITA member. So, it exclusively owns by an ASITA member. You have to register to ASITA to obtain your NIA.

| 18 | What if I am not an ASITA Member/ How to become an ASITA member? [back]
Essentially, you have to be an ASITA registered member to become an ASITA online member. If you are not counted yet, please meet these following requirements:
1.Photo copy of the authorized company license
2.Photo copy of the company establishment certificate (any changes or adjustments must be attached)
3.ASITA membership application form which has been fully completed.
4.Supporting letters from 2 (two) companies which have been counted as ASITA members
5.Company Organization Structure
6.Curriculum Vitae of the head of the company
7.Three pieces of photo sized 3 x 4 cm of the head of the company.
8.Status of your company’s office (if it is rent building please attached the photo copy of the contract)
9.Statement Letter declares that you will obey every chapter of ASITA’s statutes (AD & ART) which legalized by DPD ASITA Bali
10.Pay development fee Rp.2,000,000 (two million rupiah)
11.Deposit basic savings to DPD ASITA Bali QQ your company at BNI’46, Jl. Gajah Mada Denpasar. The deposit comprises Rp.3,500.000 fee to ASITA central office and Rp. 2,000,000 for Bali branch office. The interests of the deposit will be automatically transferred to ASITA bank account no. 030.275.001
All of the abovementioned requirements should be submitted to DPD ASITA Bali.
